The letters should have been written by people that defiantly have an idea about the qualities that you can bring to the school. Each of the two to three letters that you submit should shine a light on your personal and professional abilities. Reading the letters will let the interviewers know that they should defiantly select you to be admitted into the school.
While the MBA recommendation letter is very important, so is the impression that you give while you are interviewing in person. Your goal should be to expand on the praises that have been expressed in your letters. Show them how confident you are and that you are there to be successful.
